Adam C. Zei

Adam focuses his practice on providing clear, focused representation for local, regional, and national businesses as they navigate complex commercial transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and other associated business and contractual matters. He is dedicated to working collaboratively with his clients to resolve issues and remove obstacles so his clients can reach their business goals.

Over the last decade, Adam has developed extensive experience as outside general counsel for numerous businesses in Central Pennsylvania and also serving as solicitor for multiple municipalities, school districts and police departments. Beginning his career as a litigator, Adam has successfully represented corporate, municipal, and individual clients in multiple jury and bench trials and has appeared before every appellate court in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In his private practice, Adam has guided his business clients through entity formation, employment matters, purchases, contract and lease negotiations and many other issues that arise every day in the operation of a business.

Adam graduated from Florida State University and Widener University Commonwealth School of Law. While in law school, Adam was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and received numerous recognitions and awards for his legal writing abilities. When not working with clients, Adam enjoys playing competitive amateur golf and traveling with his wife, Megan.
