Aaron's Bio
Aaron focuses on providing his clients with clear and concise guidance on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and related matters. He believes in finding team-focused, effective solutions to client issues, and his diverse background lets him analyze those issues from a unique viewpoint.
Prior to joining Penwell Law, Aaron worked in Mergers & Acquisitions, Consumer Protection Litigation, International Tax Accounting and was enlisted in the United States Navy as a Mandarin Linguist. Aaron earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law with a certificate in Tax Law. While in Law School he served as the Business Manager for its Journal of Law and Commerce and was awarded a Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellowship for Mandarin Chinese.
Aaron lives in Pittsburgh with his wife and son, and when not working with clients enjoys reading, board games and exercise.
