Paulina Kathopoulis

Paulina concentrates her practice in corporate and securities matters including complex mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending and secured transactions, corporate governance and compliance matters, and commercial contracts, among other areas.

Throughout her career, Paulina has been an entrepreneur like many of her clients and founded a beverage company while completing her undergraduate degree. Her experience as an owner, director, and advisor has given her insight into forming and growing a business.

Prior to joining Penwell Law, Paulina was a casualty litigation attorney where she defended insured and self-insured entities in various litigation matters including automobile, construction accidents, and premises liability. Her litigation experience has helped her identify and manage risks to her clients while ensuring her clients make informed decisions based upon the associated risks.

Paulina earned her Juris Doctor from the Pennsylvania State University School of Law and earned her Bachelor of Science from the Drexel University Bennett S. LeBow College of Business and the Pennoni Honors College, where she graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Paulina served as a Teaching Assistant in the Smeal College of Business, corporate law program.

Paulina is a dedicated member of the Greek American community and spends her time mentoring students and young professionals. She enjoys spending her time with her husband and daughter, as well with their extended families, particularly their twin nieces.
