Jonah focuses his practice on corporate and securities law, encompassing mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, corporate governance, tax, and commercial contracts, among other areas.

Prior to joining Penwell Law, Jonah was a Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Associate at PwC where he helped clients identify and plan for potential tax exposures. Jonah earned his Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson Law and earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from the Pennsylvania State University Smeal College of Business where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Jonah served as the Executive Book Review Editor for Dickinson Law Review. 

From 2017-2023 Jonah served as a member of the Pennsylvania Air National Guard. In his free time, Jonah enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, as well as golfing, weightlifting, and following the weather.
